Purpose

Specifies if SafeSFS is to control the following SFS user administration commands:

ENROLL USER
MODIFY USER
DELETE USER
DELETE LOCK
SET THRESHOLD
QUERY LIMITS
QUERY ACCESSORS
DIRATTR

Parameters

Fp	The name of the SFS filepool to be affected by the record setting.
ON	Indicates SafeSFS will control SFS User Administration commands.
OFF	Indicates SafeSFS will defer SFS User Administration commands.

Authorization

ENROLL USER, MODIFY USER, & DELETE USER	MANAGE or SAFADMIN. Not Ownership or CO-OWNER.
DELETE LOCK & CREATE LOCK	WRITE authorization.
SET THRESHOLD	MANAGE, SAFADMIN, or ownership. Not CO-OWNER.
QUERY LIMITS	None needed.
QUERY ACCESSORS	READ authorization.
DIRATTR	MANAGE and WRITE, ownership, or CO-OWNER.

Usage Notes

1. If MANAGE mode is ON, SafeSFS will control the SFS User Administration commands based on the issuers ability to SAFESFS MANAGE the object affected by the command. For example, if JOE can MANAGE the SYSTEM GRPADMIN file, then JOE will be allowed to ENROLL users who are members of ACIGROUP SYSTEM.



2. Each MANAGE record affects a specific file pool only.
