Purpose
Use the INIT command to initialize the SafeSFS server.

SAFADMIN authorization.

Usage Notes
- If the SAFESFS server is not logged on, the INIT command will cause it to be autologged.
- If the SAFESFS server is already initialized, the issuer will receive an error and SafeSFS will remain initialized.
